Position Summary
SyncGlobal is seeking an Account Executive to further develop its West and Northwest Georgia territories through outside sales activities focused on selling SyncGlobal’s voice and data services to businesses. 
Position will include account management responsibility for select accounts.   

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective business plan to generate new business opportunities.
• Develops and implements daily action plan to include cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, and referral generation.
• Understands organizational dynamics and applies this knowledge toward a consultative sales approach to determine needs and identify value-add solutions.  
• Collaborates with internal resources to generate customized proposals. 
• Utilizes team selling to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Continually advances product knowledge, industry awareness, and professional skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of outside B-to-B sales
• Track record of successful new business development activity
• Strong technical aptitude
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
